Dr. Emanuel has been caring for children and families in our community since 1983. His journey into medicine began with a Bachelor’s degree from Herbert H. Lehman College in 1974, followed by his medical degree from The College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark in 1979.

With a passion for pediatric care, Dr. Emanuel has served in many leadership roles at CentraState Medical Center, including Chief of Staff, Assistant Chief of Staff, and Treasurer/Secretary of the Medical Staff. For 18 years, he proudly led the Pediatric Department as Chairman, helping to shape the highest standards of care for young patients. He is also on staff at Jersey Shore Medical Center.

Dr. Emanuel continues to advance his mental health expertise and is currently pursuing STAT certification for autism screening.  Dr. Emanuel has a special interest in all mental Health diagnosis including ADD, ADHD, and Autism.  

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Emanuel loves staying active—skiing in the winter, biking in year round, and cooking. He is happily married and enjoys spending time with his two grown children and one grandchild.
