Appointments Policy

To ensure we provide timely care for all our patients, we kindly ask that all visits be scheduled in advance.


If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you—either by working you back into the schedule or, if possible, offering an appointment with another provider.


Out of courtesy to other patients and to help our office run smoothly, we may need to reschedule your visit if delays make it difficult to see you on time.


We also appreciate your understanding that occasional delays may occur. If we are running behind, we will keep you informed so you can choose to wait, reschedule, or see another available provider.
